Good Glamm sells digital media unit ScoopWhoop to WLDD for Rs.20-Cr: report

Mumbai-based Good Glamm Group, which owns direct-to-consumer (D2C) beauty brand MyGlamm, has sold off its Delhi-based digital media unit ScoopWhoop to Bengaluru-based marketing firm Wubba Lubba Dub Dub (WLDD) for INR 18-20 crore.The company is also looking to sell stake in personal care brands such as Organic Harvest, The Mom’s Co and content brands such as POPxo and MissMalini.
