HealthCare Global Enterprises acquires SRJ CBCC Cancer Hospital in Indore

Publicly listed, cancer-focused healthcare service provider HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd (HCG) has acquired SRJ CBCC Cancer Hospital in Indore. The deal, which marks HCG's entry into Madhya Pradesh, is being executed by the acquisition of Oncology and Radiation business from SRJ Health Care Private Limited and Amrish Oncology Services Private Limited, Indore, on a slump sale basis. SRJ CBCC Cancer Hospital is Indore's first comprehensive cancer centre with 50 cancer care beds and a LINAC machine. With this acquisition, HCG now has a network of 21 cancer centres with 24 hospitals across India and Africa, and 8 daycare centres.
