Healthcare mgmt services player Sagility acquires US co. BroadPath

Bengaluru-based, publicly listed Sagility India has acquired Tucson, Arizona (USA)-based specialized healthcare service provider BroadPath Healthcare Solutions .Post-acquisition, Sagility will be able to cross-sell its offerings to several mid-market clients including payers, third-party administrators, pharmacy benefit managers and providers.BroadPath operates a work-from-home delivery model with over 1,600 employees located across the US and the Philippines. Its service portfolio includes member engagement, member acquisition, claims and appeals administration, provider enrollment and credentialing.
