Hearzap acquires majority stake in Speech and Hearing Care
Hyderabad-based Hearzap has acquired a majority stake in Speech and Hearing Care , a fellow hearing care provider operating in Bihar and Jharkhand.Speech and Hearing Care has a strong presence in Patna, Ranchi, and Dhanbad. The acquisition will enable Hearzap to expand in the eastern region.Hearzap raised around INR 50 crore in a funding round from 360 One Asset Management Ltd in November 2023. It operates over 130 locations nationwide. The deal is expected to drive Hearzap’s revenue past INR 100 crore this fiscal year.
