Hexaware acquires UK’s Consulting Professionals Services
Publicly listed IT services firm Hexaware Technologies is to acquire UK- and UAE-based Consulting Professionals Services Holdings Ltd and its wholly owned subsidiary, Consulting Professionals Services (CPS).CPS provides technology consulting and professional services, including regulatory compliance, technology infrastructure, governance, risk, and business transformation. Hexaware aims to use this acquisition to consolidate client spend and strengthen its position as an AI and cloud transformation partner for financial institutions and large organisations.
