Himalia Prime Assets acquires eco-resort Our Native Village
Himalia Prime Assets, backed by the private equity firm Jupiter Capital, has acquired Our Native Village , an eco-resort located on the outskirts of Bengaluru, for Rs 25-Cr. The acquirer intends to finance a capital expenditure plan of Rs 25-Cr over the next two years to upgrade the property.Founded as a sustainability-driven eco-resort, Our Native Village currently spans 4.65 acres and features 24 keys across 3 acres of the site. The firm plans to utilize the new capital to enhance the resort's operational capabilities and infrastructure, with the goal of increasing the total inventory from 24 to 40 rooms.
