Hinduja Global Solutions to acquire TekLink, uKnowva to expand digital capabilities

Publicly listed Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd (HGS) is to acquire a 100% stake in Warrenville, IL (USA)-based TekLink International Inc, a full-service financial planning and analytics service provider, for USD 58.8 million. TekLink's offerings include design, implementation, and application management services. HGS will also acquire Mumbai-based uKnowva, a digital Human Resources Management System (HRMS) product business, from Convergence IT Services Ltd.
