Hindustan Copper appoints transaction advisers for Chile mine acquisition

Kolkata-based, state-run Hindustan Copper has appointed transaction advisers for its proposed acquisition of four copper mines in Chile. The company is currently conducting a due diligence process for the transaction.Hindustan Copper, which currently operates with a mining capacity of approximately 4 million tonnes, aims to expand this capacity to 12.2 million tonnes.
