New Delhi-based Unstop has acquired Hyderabad-based PerspectAI in an all-equity swap. The transaction includes the transfer of PerspectAI’s technology platform, intellectual property, data, clients, and employees, including its two founders, to Unstop.Founded in 2017 by Jignesh Talasila, Sai Suraj Vanka, Puranjaya Singh, Karthik KV, Ravi Teja Koneru and Ravi Theja Muthu, PerspectAI offers assessment tools that measure employability, role fit, behavioural capabilities, and candidate potential.Unstop plans to integrate PerspectAI’s tools into its existing ecosystem for campus recruiters, lateral hiring teams and enterprises. Additionally, existing PerspectAI customers will gain access to Unstop’s broader range of talent engagement and hiring products.PerspectAI co-founder and CEO Jignesh Talasila will lead Unstop’s expansion into education and government, while co-founder and CTO Suraj Vanka will join the firm's product leadership team.
