Home construction player The Better Co acquired by Design and Construct
Design and Construct has acquired fellow Bengaluru-headquartered The Better Company. The target helps clients build their homes and do home interiors using one platform. With the acquisition, Design and Construct hopes to expand its all-India footprint and augment its existing service portfolio. The acquirer has been in the business of construction since 2020.
