Horiba acquires semiconductor-focused lab-grown diamonds player Pristine Deeptech

New Delhi-based HORIBA India Pvt Ltd , part of the Japan-based HORIBA Group, has acquired a 100% stake in Gujarat-based Pristine Deeptech which is focused on using lab-grown diamonds in semiconductor and quantum research.Through this acquisition, Horiba aims to build on Pristine’s diamond-related expertise to capture development and manufacturing needs for advanced materials, and plans to establish an R&D hub in India to develop new products and deliver analytical and measurement solutions.
