Hyderabad-based Phenom has acquired Bengaluru-based Edge , a HR-tech startup that operates a resource management and talent mobility platform. The acquisition strengthens Phenom’s workforce intelligence solutions for the professional services industry and global capability centers (GCCs).Edge facilitates the movement of employees within an organization, allowing them to explore new roles, projects, or departments based on their skills and career aspirations, essentially helping companies fill internal positions by leveraging their existing workforce and promoting employee development through internal career pathways.
