Chennai-based CIEL HR Group has acquired fellow Chennai-based Vibrant Screen Pvt Ltd (VSPL), a provider of background verification solutions.VSPL claims to serve over 240 companies across the BFSI (banking, financial services and insurance) and IT sectors.
