ICICI Prudential AMC to acquire PMS biz of ICICI Securities

Mumbai-based ICICI Prudential Asset Management Co is to acquire the portfolio management services (PMS) business of ICICI Securities for a cash consideration of 1.2% of the actual assets under management (AUM). As of March 31, 2026, ICICI Securities’ PMS unit managed assets of INR 2,910 crore. The target business reported revenue of INR 20.88 crore in 2026, compared to INR 25.3 crore in the previous fiscal year.ICICI Prudential AMC plans to integrate the acquired business to expand its existing portfolio management offerings.
