Infibeam buys 50% in omnichannel s'ware developer for e-commerce Vishko22
Publicly listed digital payments solutions firm Infibeam Avenues has acquired a 50% stake in Gurugram-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) startup Vishko22 Products and Services for a reported INR 12.5 lakh. The acquisition will enable Infibeam to develop omnichannel enterprise-focused software products for domestic and international e-commerce marketplaces. Founded in 2021 by Neha Sharma and Shweta Gaur - former co-founders of e-commerce marketplace Yepme - Vishko22 develops scalable and integrated omnichannel software for e-commerce marketplaces. The payments company will also leverage Vishko to create a unified platform for its clients. The prospective products will be deployed to enable B2B ecommerce platforms to run multiple channels including website, mobile apps and social media.
