Infosys to acquire MRE Consulting, The Missing Link
IT services company Infosys is to acquire two companies - USA-based MRE Consulting in the energy & utilities, services and healthcare industries and Australia-based The Missing Link , a cybersecurity and cloud services provider.Infosys would acquire both companies in an all-cash transaction at USD 36 million and USD 98 million respectively. Both acquisitions are expected to close during the first quarter of FY26.
