Infra services provider Bluspring to acquire aviation caterer LSG Sky Chefs

Bluspring Enterprises Ltd, a Bengaluru-based integrated infrastructure services provider (formerly part of Quess Corp), will acquire 100% stake in fellow Bengaluru-based LSG Sky Chefs India , marking its entry into aviation catering. The acquisition will cover LSG India’s Bengaluru operations, while its Hyderabad business will be carved out prior to the deal.The deal provides Bluspring with access to in-flight catering facilities at Bangalore International Airport under a long-term concession valid until 2039. The operations generate over INR 110 crore in revenue and serve major airlines, including IndiGo and Lufthansa.

For FY25, LsgSkychefs had reported about INR 176 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 15 Cr in PAT.
