InMobi acquires US-based Apple ads mgmt player MobileAction
Bengaluru-headquartered InMobi has acquired the San Francisco, USA-based AI-powered platform MobileAction to deepen its capabilities within the Apple advertising ecosystem.Founded in 2013, MobileAction provides services in Apple Ads management and App Store optimisation, assisting developers and marketers with user acquisition and app discoverability. The company maintains a data infrastructure that claims to track over 90 million creatives, 6 million keywords, and 5 million apps, serving global brands such as Meta, Google, and DoorDash.Post acquisition, MobileAction will continue to function as a dedicated platform. Its personnel, based across the US, Europe, and Turkey, will join InMobi, which plans to use the new infrastructure to accelerate product innovation and expand go-to-market efforts across North America, Asia-Pacific, and the MENA region.
