Inspira Enterprise acquires cybersecurity company AlGebra Security

Mumbai-based IT Services firm Inspira Enterprise India is to acquire Pune-based AlGebra Security & Solutions. The target company provides services in Security Awareness, Cloud Identity Services, Privilege Identity and Access Management, Identity and Access Management. Through the acquisition, the acquirer company intends to increase the scale of operations, access new clients and enter high-growth geographies. Ashika Capital Limited acted as an advisor to the transaction. Veritas Legal acted as the legal advisors to the acquirer.
