Internovo Ventures acquires digital accounting co for small merchants Mera Cashier

Internovo Ventures has bought the rights to Noida-headquartered Mera Cashier, a technology platform offering 'khata' solutions to small merchants across India. This is Intervono's first acquisition. Post deal, Mera Cashier will be rebranded to Indibook. Co-founded by Suneel Kumar, Mera Cashier was developed and launched in 2019. It replaces the manual registers kept by the businesses and claims to keep better track of unpaid invoices from local and known customers. The management team of Mera Cashier will stay closely involved in the development and re-launch of the platform. Internovo Ventures is a joint venture between Karan Desai, Financial Analyst, and Akshay Srivastava, Founder, DSFX Technologies.
