Investment bank StratCap merges with family office advisor Fintrust to create Upwisery

StratCap Advisory, an investment banking firm, and Fintrust Advisors, a family office advisory firm, have merged to create ‘Upwisery', a multi-disciplinary professional advisory and financial services firm. Upwisery would provide solutions in investment banking, private wealth, M&A tax & regulatory, corporate insurance, and growth advisory to mid-market enterprises, family offices, and ultra HNIs. With 10 partners and 40+ professionals, Upwisery has presence across Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore and Coimbatore.
