IT services co Cognizant to acquire ServiceNow platform enabler Thirdera

Cognizant, the Chennai, India and US-based IT Services company, will acquire Broomfield, Colorado, USA-headquartered Thirdera . Thirdera specialises in advisory, implementation and optimization solutions related to the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on emerging enterprise workflow products. ServiceNow helps companies manage digital workflows for enterprise operations. The acquisition is expected to close in January 2024. The acquisition is expected to add more than 940 employees to Cognizant's ServiceNow Business Group, creating one of the largest aggregations of ServiceNow professional certifications globally.
