IT services co. Nihon Tech acquired by US-based Kaizen Analytix
Nihon Technologies , a Chennai-based IT services firm specialising in SAP implementation, digital transformation and cybersecurity, has been acquired by US-based data analytics and technology services company Kaizen Analytix. The deal was concluded earlier this year.Founded in 2007 and led by T. Muthuvelan, Nihon has delivered 300+ engagements for customers in the manufacturing, retail and technology industries. It has a special focus on the Japanese market.
For FY25, Nihon had reported about INR 26.27 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 20 lakh in Net Loss.
