Pittsburgh, PA (USA)–based CEI has acquired Chennai-headquartered IT Services firm Fourth Dimension Technologies . Panya Capital, a Chennai/Bengaluru based boutique investment bank was the exclusive investment banker for the deal.Founded in 1990, Fourth Dimension provides managed services solutions and support to clients spanning diverse industries such as banking and financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare.
