IT Services firm Pragmatyc acquired by US-based Saicon
US-based Saicon Consultants has acquired Nagpur-based Pragmatyc Group to bolster its service offerings in AI, AIoT, intelligent automation, and digital engineering.Pragmatyc Group provides services in enterprise AI, computer vision, predictive analytics, and data engineering to support connected and data-driven operations. The acquisition serves to expand the AI expertise and global delivery capabilities of Saicon.This transaction follows previous acquisitions by Saicon, including SilverSearch and Valethi Technologies.
