Italy’s precision engg firm Poggipolini acquires Aero Fasteners
Bologna, Italy-based specialised engineering and manufacturing company Poggipolini Group has acquired a majority stake in Rohtak, Haryana-based aerospace components manufacturer Aero Fasteners .Founded in 2010, Aero Fasteners manufactures critical fastening systems for the aeronautics, space, and defence sectors, serving both domestic and global clients. The company will continue to operate under its existing management.This acquisition is expected to strengthen Poggipolini’s presence in India and expand its footprint in the Asia-Pacific region by scaling Aero Fasteners’ capabilities in designing and manufacturing high-value fastening systems.
