ITC Infotech to acquire cloud services provider Blazeclan in Rs.485-Cr deal
ITC Infotech, the Bangalore-based IT Services unit of publicly listed diversified conglomerate ITC, is to acquire 100% stake in Blazeclan Technologies Pvt Ltd , a Pune-based cloud-services firm in an all-cash deal worth INR 485 crore. The target had reported a turnover of INR 249.50 crore for FY 23 and has a presence in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, USA, Canada, Belgium and India.
