JetSynthesys acquires Web3 product studio Metaphy Labs
Pune-based digital entertainment and technology JetSynthesys has acquired Bengaluru-based Metaphy Labs, which helps brands create their own metaverse. Metaphy Labs is a Web3 product studio designed to help founders plan and develop their ideas into profitable products. JetSynthesys was launched in 2014, by Rajan Navani. The firm focuses on three key sectors: gaming and e-sports, digital entertainment, wellness & livelihoods. It is backed by Kris Gopalakrishnan, Adar Poonawalla, Sachin Tendulkar, and family offices of the promoters of Thermax, Triveni Group, Yohan Poonawalla Group and DSP Group.
