Kitchen appliances maker TTK Prestige to acquire 51% stake in modular kitchens co Ultrafresh for Rs.

Kitchen appliances maker TTK Prestige is to acquire a 51% stake in New Delhi-based Ultrafresh Modular Solutions. The company has already invested around INR 20 crore to acquire a 40% stake and would put in around another INR 10 crore to take its stake to 51%. Ultrafresh Modular Solutions will continue to operate autonomously with the current leadership. Currently, Ultrafresh has 120 studios and has manufactured 5000 kitchens across the country.
