LaRiSa Hotels and Resorts merges with AM Hotel Kollection

Delhi-headquartered LaRiSa Hotels and Resorts , which owns and operates eight properties across India, has announced merger with Gurugram-based AM Hotel Kollection . AM Hotel manages experiential boutique hotels and claims to pull in a combined annual operating revenue of more than INR 100 crore. It has 26 operational units comprising 950 keys and another six hotels with 120 more keys on the anvil.The new company, under the brand LaRiSa Hotels and Resorts, aims to combine the strengths of AM Hotel Kollection, an established operator managing independent and lifestyle properties, and LaRiSa Hotels, known for its owned and operated hotels, as well as curated hospitality.
