LML Brand Holdings acquires jewellery brands Asmi and Sangini

Gurugram-based LML Brand Holdings has acquired Mumbai-based jewellery brands Asmi and Sangini to enter the branded jewellery segment.Asmi and Sangini, originally launched by De Beers' Diamond Trading Company in 2002 and later tied to the Gitanjali Group, will join the portfolio of LML Brand Holdings.LML operates using a licensing-led model for heritage brands. Under this structure, the company performs brand stewardship while external category partners manage manufacturing, product development, distribution, sales, and market expansion.
