Logistics player Shiprocket acquires majority stake in Glaucus Supply Chain Solutions
Logistics services aggregator Shiprocket has acquired a majority stake in fellow New Delhi-based supply chain management company Glaucus Supply Chain Solutions. The companies have agreed to merge eventually. Founded in 2015, Glaucus provides enterprise-grade fulfilment services to mid-market brands supported by a combination of processes, geographic spread, quality reporting, and proprietary technology.
From the Venture Intelligence M&A Deals Database: Earlier in the year, Shiprocket had acquired Wigzo (ECommerce marketing platform) and Rocketbox (Logistics services aggregator).
