Lord's Mark Industries acquires Radio Electric for Rs.4.5 Cr

Publicly listed Lord's Mark Industries Limited has acquired fellow Mumbai-based, specialized electrical manufacturing and engineering firm, Radio Electric Private Limited, for INR 4.5 Cr in an all cash transaction.Founded in 1939, Radio Electric is a manufacturer specializing in variable autotransformers and toroidal transformers. Its Radiotone brand has been active since 1980. The transaction provides Lord's Mark Industries with a customer base of approximately 40 to 50 entities, including several industrial corporations. It plans to utilize the manufacturing infrastructure and technical expertise acquired through this transaction to scale operations, develop new product lines, and strengthen its domestic and international market reach.
