Mamaearth to acquire 58% stake in nutraceutical co. Fluence Pharma

Gurugram-based, publicly listed Honasa Consumer (which operates under the brand Mamaearth) is to acquire a 58% stake in Mumbai-headquartered nutraceuticals firm Fluence Pharma . The acquisition will be executed via a secondary purchase based on an enterprise value of INR 135 crore. Honasa will acquire the remaining 42% stake in the company through two additional secondary purchases over the next five to seven years.Founded by Amit Bhusari and Rajendra Singh Rajput, Fluence Pharma sells over-the-counter nutritional supplements for skin and hair health. The firm maintains a distribution network involving more than 3,000 dermatologists across India and reported a revenue of about INR 40 crore for FY 2026.Honasa Consumer plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Honasa Health, to scale its nutrition portfolio. The firm intends to integrate the acquired clinical science and technology with its existing expertise in digital-first distribution and consumer insights.
