Marksans Pharma to acquire Dutch co. QliniQ for 7.5 M euros

Mumbai-based Marksans Pharma is to acquire 100% of the share capital of Netherlands-based pharmaceutical company QliniQ for EUR 7.5 million.QliniQ maintains front-end sales, marketing, and distribution operations across the Dutch healthcare market. The company offers a portfolio of niche pharmaceuticals and medical devices, including products for dermatology, respiratory care, and women’s health.This acquisition provides Marksans Pharma with established relationships with pharmacies, wholesalers, hospitals, and health insurers in the Netherlands. Additionally, the deal grants the firm access to European Union GDP-compliant warehousing, wholesale distribution infrastructure, and insurer-led tender channels.
