MEIL Energy acquires 250 MW lignite-based Neyveli power plant in TN
Lucknow-based MEIL Energy Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Ltd , has acquired a 100% stake in TAQA Neyveli Power Company Pvt Ltd from Abu Dhabi National Energy Company PJSC. This acquisition includes a 250 MW lignite-fired power plant located in Neyveli, Tamil Nadu.TAQA Neyveli Power Company owns and operates the 250 MW lignite-fired power plant .
