Mental health platform Lissun acquires US-based Being Cares
Gurugram-based mental health platform Lissun has acquired US-based digital mental health company Being Cares Inc , and has taken over the IP rights of Being Cares’ technology and absorbed its entire team.Through this acquisition Lissum aims to expand its footprint in children-centric psychological needs.Founded by Sadaf Siddiqi, Being is a digital mental health brand and a private practice created to explore human emotions through science.
