Merchant solutions platform Mosambee acquires BNPL-focussed startup Benow
Mosambee, a payments and merchant solutions platform, has acquired 100% stake in Cashless Technologies that runs Benow, a payments and EMI technology platform, in a cash and stock deal. Post acquisition, Mosambee will help Benow enhance its product offerings and focus on growth. It will also leverage Benow's network of partners, consisting of over 35 brands and 15 lenders, to deepen its presence across the country. Soorraj VS, the current CEO, will continue to be to head Benow.
