Motherhood Hospitals acquires Bengaluru-based Femiint Hospital
Asia Healthcare Holdings (AHH) owned maternity and paediatrics Motherhood Hospitals has acquired Bengaluru-based Femiint Hospitals. With this acquisition, Motherhood Hospitals will now have 7 hospitals and 2 outpatient facilities in Bengaluru. Femiint Hospitals, located in Whitefield, provides women and childcare services including in vitro fertilisation (IVF) care.
