MRO acquires UK-based air compressor company Standard Air

Ahmedabad-based MR Organisation (MRO) Limited - which is publicly listed on the National Stock Exchange's Emerge ITP platform. - has acquired 100% equity stake in Marlow, UK-based air compressor parts supplier Standard Air Limited (Standard Air). Both MRO and Standard Air supply air compressor parts to various companies across the globe. While MRO's supply base is spread across 72 countries, Standard Air caters to all major European and American air compressor brands across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
