Chennai- and Georgia -based IT services and digital transformation company MSys Technologies has acquired Noida-based digital engineering firm Gophers Lab . SA Global Advisors was an exclusive advisor to MSys Technologies on this transaction.Post acquisition, the combined entity will drive open banking innovation with real-time, scalable, and secure payment APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) besides enabling secure patient data exchange through interoperable APIs for the healthcare sector.Founded in 2014 by Ankita Singh and Chirag Vats, Gophers lab provides Golang development services, GCP services, and DevOps automation services.
