Mufin Green Finance acquires 45.32% stake in LKP Finance
Non-bank lender Mufin Green Finance is to acquire a 45.32% stake in fellow publicly listed, Mumbai-headquartered LKP Finance from the latter's promoters. The acquisition will trigger an open offer to other public shareholders of LKP Finance.
