Enterprise AI company NuPlay , formerly known as Nurix AI, plans to close another acquisition deal within the next six to 12 months.NuPlay recently acquired Verloop.io for an undisclosed sum in a cash-plus-equity deal, gaining access to approximately 150 customers and a strong presence in the West Asian market.Founded by Mukesh Bansal, who previously led Myntra and Cult.fit, NuPlay builds AI agents designed to automate enterprise workflows such as catalog management, customer service, and claims processing. The firm also operates NuStack, a platform that assists enterprises in modernizing legacy systems to improve AI readiness. The company's current client base includes names such as Myntra, Cult.fit, Aditya Birla Capital, and super.money.
