Nagarro acquires fellow IT consulting co. Charles Hudson Tech

Delhi-based digital product engineering and IT consulting company Nagarro has acquired Bengaluru-based specialised IT services provider Charles Hudson Technology Solutions (CHTS). (Both companies have a majority of their employees based out of India.)Founded in 2015 by Vishwanathan Padmanabhan and Karan Puri, Charles Hudson Technology Solutions specialises in testing and quality assurance for enterprise customers in the digital commerce and retail industry.The acquisition enables Nagarro to offer a broader suite of services to CHTS’s existing clients and integrates CHTS's team across the USA and India. CHTS will also gain access to Nagarro's research and development capabilities, particularly in artificial intelligence.
