NARCL acquires Dharani Sugars, SPML Infra, Parenteral Drugs

The National Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd (NARCL) has concluded the acquisition of three accounts - Dharani Sugars and Chemicals, SPML Infra and Parenteral Drugs - that it won in a Swiss challenge auction. Dharani Sugars was acquired for INR 222.5 crore, SMPL for INR 405 crore, while Parenteral Drugs was acquired for INR 50 crore.
