Bengaluru-based sports and gaming platform Absolute Sports, a subsidiary of Nazara Technologies and the parent company of Sportskeeda.com, has acquired all the Intellectual Property Rights (IPs) including brand, domain, content, IP, social account of Prime Timer owned by Snugglefish Media LLC for a consideration of INR 4.28 crore (USD 500,000).Founded by Jed Rosenzweig, Prime Timer is a digital media destination for content related to US-focused TV shows and soap operas.
