Nazara Tech buys 51% stake in video ad sales firm Rusk Distribution

Publicly listed, Mumbai-based Nazara Technologies Ltd, via its unit Nodwin Gaming Pvt Ltd, has acquired a 51% stake in Delhi-based Rusk Distribution Pvt Ltd. The deal is expected to help Nazara enhance monetisation of digital content across all media distribution platforms and brands. It has acquired 5,100 equity shares (of FV INR 10 each) of Rusk Distribution and paid INR 51,000 to the existing shareholders of Rusk for the acquisition. Rusk Distribution is engaged in the sales and marketing of advertising spots and solutions in digital content being hosted on advertising-based video on demand.
