NBFC Dhruva Capital merges with MFI Vector Finance

Kolkata-based, publicly listed non-banking financial company (NBFC) Dhruva Capital Services has merged with Bhubaneshwar-based microfinance lender Vector Finance , through a share swap ratio of 1:1, under which every shareholder of Vector Finance will receive one share of Dhruva Capital.Founded in 2018, Vector Finance provides loans to micro-enterprises and operates across six states with 173 branches. As of March 31, 2025, it has assets under management (AUM) of INR 390.23 crore and revenues of INR 27.16 crore.
