Nodwin offloads full stake in US-based fighting game platform EVO to RTS
Gurugram-based esports and entertainment company Nodwin Gaming has sold its entire stake in San Jose, California (USA)-based Evolution Championship Series (EVO) to RTS.Founded in 1996, EVO is a global fighting game tournament platform that connects players, publishers, and fans. RTS is set to lead the platform's next phase of growth, focusing on international expansion. Nodwin will continue its long-term regional partnership with EVO to support its expansion in emerging markets.
In Aug 2025, Nodwin Gaming acquired a majority stake in the Evolution Championship Series from Sony Interactive Entertainment.
