Nupur Recyclers to add to its 80% holding in scrap trader Frank Metals
Delhi-headquartered Nupur Recyclers Ltd (NRL) is to acquire a 80% stake in Frank Metals Recyclers Pvt Ltd (FMRPL), also based in Delhi. FMRPL specialises in metal scrap trading and recycling.FMRPL, incorporated in 2021, reported a turnover of INR 43 crore for FY24.
